م. المهندس أيمن صوي هو رجل أعمال سوري ولد في حماة سوريا في عام 1970.
درس السيد صوي بكالوريوس هندسة معمارية تخرج في عام 1991. استمر صوي في دراسته وحصل على دبلوم في إدارة المشاريع في كلية كامبردج في بريطانيا في عام 2011.
يعيش السيد صوي والعائلة حاليا في الدوحة قطر.
وفي عام 2004 ، انضم السيد صوي إلى شركة كاسمت للإنشاءات التي تم تعيينه كرئيس تنفيذي حتى الآن.
في عام 2013 ، تم تعيين صوي رئيسًا لمجلس الجالية السورية في قطر (CSCQ).

يعمل السيد ايمن صوي في عدة منظمات ولها دور داعم ونشط مثل:

2017 - المشاركة في جمعية المغتربين السوريين
2018 - G.CC Commercial Arbitration Centre عضو في المجمع الملكي للتحكيم الدولي في بريطانيا.
2018 - شارك في معهد الجزيرة للإعلام لمهارات الإعلام للدبلوماسيين.

M. Ayman Swai is a Syrian Businessman born in Hama Syria in 1970. Swai studied Bachelor of Architectural Engineering graduated in 1991. Swai continued his education and received a Diploma in Project Management at Cambridge Training College Britain in 2011. Swai and Family currently living in Doha Qatar.
In 2004 to present Swai joined the company `KASM ET Construction appointed as CEO up to present. Providing the leadership and management to the business and fully responsible for the day-to-day running of various department. Swai expertise for management procedures, project management, controlling budgets, business improvements, employee relation, forecasting and finance, customer facing and financial awareness. `KASMET Construction was stablished in 1990 and during the following decades transformed from a small business into a modern successful company of engineering. Now a days Swai was committed to provide customer satisfaction and improving the quality services. Swai responsibility to implement the company vision through business conduct to achieve profitable operation and secure continuity and growth for the technical and financial successful of the company. Swai ensure that throughout all areas of the company's activities are well coordinated to ensure that the management system is in place to achieve company strategy and target. .
In 2013 to present Swai was appointed as a President of The Council of Syrian Community Qatar (CSCQ). Swai responsible for supervising services program and daily operation of CSCQ, developing program, soliciting funds and organization numerous educational events for the community planning and reaching to remote places providing medical help. Promote CSCQ activities and brief organization about the Syrian crisis.
